GENERAL CONDITIONS:

3.2 / ASIDE BY THE ORGANIZER: The course may be cancelled if the number of participants is inadequate (see residence requirement) and registrants will be fully reimbursed.
During the probationary period, the weather, the level of participants, or any other factors endangering the participants, may result in changes to the program and only coaching reserves the right decision. These changes can in no case lead to a refund or compensation. In case of interruption in the work (weather or other reasons), the refund will be made pro rata to the remaining days.

4.0 / INSURANCE: The framework has an insurance professional liability. It is not a substitute for personal insurance. An insurance liability personal accident "covering the practice of climbing the canyon and is highly recommended (you closer to your various personal insurance).

6.0 / FITNESS: Each participant must get physically fit, and must report any health problem or medical treatment for inclusion (see registration form).

7.0 / RULES OF CAUTION: Extreme caution is recommended during the stage in order to avoid any accidents which could affect the normal course of the program, not only for the participants but also for the whole group. Each participant must abide by the normal rules of caution and to the practice of sports activities. The supervision reserves the right to exclude any time a person whose conduct can be seen as endangering the safety or well-being of other participants. No compensation shall be payable under this heading.

8.0 / GENERAL TRANSPORT: No change transport conditions may lead to any compensation from Jerome Rochelle in whatever capacity it is due, even if these new conditions resulting in a change in the schedule. Any costs incurred in any kind will be borne by the participant. Stone Spirit / Jerome Rochelle will not see its responsibility substituted for that of the carriers.

9.0 / DISPUTES: Any dispute will be brought to the Commercial Court, if no agreement to amicably can be found between the two sides.
