Example of the first
day of a climbing stage of initiation (Cassis):
Morning: Go in the morning to 9 am on the possibility of
Morgiou or to go together if it is a course of several days.
Taking knowledge, discussion and recall of basic knowledge or
teaching of these bases if the person begins. These bases are
the harnesses, roping, belaying second, and the descent roping.
Getting involved in the situation with an escalation in roping
in a very easy way, which allows us to place your level. The
prompt climbing also allows you to relax and to better understand
the information that we give you as of the day. As you climb
other channels, you get to know the use of equipment (node roping,
brake belaying, rope) and increase your focus on what you have
to do. Lunch between 12 am and 1 pm.
Afternoon: Change site on the way to needle Sugiton. By continuing
to climb, you grow in your climbing technique and the manipulations
of rope. We will ensure that you do not fatiguiez too much on
the first day. We take advantage of the unique view and the magnificent
panorama on the course in front of Morgiou and until Canaille
cap off near Cassis. 5 pm meeting of relaxation and stretching
before the great blue before the sun goes down, and then back
to the vehicles. End of the first day.
Taking stock
of the day: Learning or revision
of the basis for the escalation (of setting harness, roping node,
use the brake and belaying second), climbs 7 to 8 lines (routes)
on average, lowering downhill path for each climbed one meeting
relaxation and stretching to fresh air.
